I felt like Dr. Van Beneden did an excellent job at knowing what needed to be done with my son, but I felt like his, the way he handled the visit was very rushed and I did not feel like I had freedom to ask many questions at the end and still feel like I do have questions.

He did not take time to listen to my concerns. His ears look fine day of appt so didn't really bother to talk about history. Never called in medicine he said he was going to prescribe.

The office was so accommodating at getting me seen quickly due to travel urgency. And the doctor was amazing. His bedside manner was great. The wait time and the time that we spent between the lobby and the exam room was 20 times, no exaggeration, the time that we spent with the provider.

These doctors that I go see are great. You couldn't ask for a better bunch of doctors.

Very satisfied with the treatment. When I arrived, I could hardly hear a door slam. By the time my visit was over, I could understand what was being said to me at nearly normal speech levels. Looking forward to the follow-up visit.
