Terri Hall is a great doctor.

Pleasant experience nice big area to wait also clean .did not take long to be called back to see Dr hall.

Yes, she was good. I liked her and I understood her good and I liked the hospital.

The wait time is always an issue. Also I feel it's not appropriate to charge the patient the same price to see a nurse practitioner as it would a doctor.

Dr. Terri Hall is the best doctor around. Her staff is great. Always been happy going there and always will go there. She's the best. She answers all your questions. If not, the nurse does.

I like how Terri explains things, she's very good with that. But, when in mention some of the health issues that are still bothering me since I been coming to her, I feel she feels like she's done all she can and doesn't know what else to do so I'm still where I was when I started coming to see here. Haven't found any help for my problems.

Terri is patient, kind, understanding and always up to date with my history, and that's always changing. She's always there for any questions/medicine changes I might have. She always makes me laugh/smile. I'd highly recommend her for anyone considering the Louisa Heart Failure Clinic!!
