This is my first time at the facility at Lisa Pennington's office so far so good. She is my new physician and hopefully everything goes smoothly in the future.

The entire staff at the Flatwood Primary Care Clinic that Lisa Pennington works at, her and her staff are hands down the best. They are very courteous. They are kind. They are patient. They listen to you, the whole staff from the front desk people all the way to Lisa herself. I would not ever ask for a better doctor than Lisa.

I enjoy coming to this facility. It's clean. The staff is friendly. Wait time is short. I like providers who have personality. Lisa Pennington has that. She makes you feel like you've known each other for a while, even if it is your first time. All while being extremely professional, offering very clear guidance about your specific issue/ care moving forward. You feel like part of the family at this facility. I would recommend Lisa and her team to anyone.
