Hello, I want to brag on Dr. Jessica Hicks. She's been my lung doctor for a long time and my husband's and she always is there when we need her. If we have a question, we can message her on the MyChart and she always gets back to us right away. She always knows what's going on with us. She's very thoughtful, caring, and she always gets us better. When our lungs are messed up, she's there for us. The doctor was very informative. She knew what was going on with me. She took time to read my chart. Unfortunately, the other hospitals did not send the information that she needed. And it left us kind of in a bind with knowing really where to go from here on out. Kind of a lot of questions there. But she was fantastic. I would recommend her to anybody. And I do thank you for the opportunity of being able to speak.
