I had a great experience

This was the first time seeing Jeremy. I felt very confident that he knew what my problem was and how best to treat it. I was given exercise instructions to rehabilitate my shoulder at home. Thank you Jeremy for your kindness and assistance.

Great thing to have an Ortho walk-in clinic. Seen in timely manner. Kaltenbach seemed very knowledgeable and I felt confident in his diagnosis. Office staff was very friendly as well.

The only problem is I went in, I had fallen and injured my ankle and my shoulder and they would only look at one thing and they wouldn't look at my shoulder. I have to make another appointment and I think that's really bad that you all do that. But I must be there. They must have some good reason. But that's the only thing. Everything else was fine.

Jeremy was very explainable and very compassionate and understandable and explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything he was saying to me and he asked me was everything okay and if there was anything I needed at all after this to just get a hold of him right away and thank you so much.
