My doctor, David Provaznik, and his staff know me very, very well and they know everything about me very, very well. They are very polite. They are courteous. They are the best doctor's office that I have ever been to and I have been going and seeing them for over 17 years. I would rate them one of the highest offices in the state of Ohio. They're very good with care, compassion, and empathy.
