This was my first time going here, my doctor was super sweet and nice. She was very helpful and listened. My appointment was at 1:30 but was not seen until 3:45 so it was very frustrating and inconvenient to have waited all that time. If my doctor wasn't so nice I probably wouldn't go back. I'm hoping my next experience will be better.

Dr Wright was fantastic! She was kind, reassuring, listened to all of my concerns and offered a variety of treatment options and discussed them in depth. I would highly recommend her to people I know.

The lady up front that set up my next appointment was pretty rude but other than that the care team is amazing I feel heard and understood and safe in her care.

My wait time to be seen for a minor procedure was 1.5 hours. If I had known about the long wait beforehand, I could have planned better and possibly been okay with that. I was not updated on wait time until I asked at 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment start time.
