Was there almost 3.5 hours just for a DOT physical, I am diabetic had eaten breakfast before I got there that morning they checked my blood sugar was 129 the doctors first words when she walked in was your sugar was extremely high this morning, i understand DOT physicals need to be taken seriously but waiting for over two hours I was on time my appointment was at 8am was not seen til after 10am I consider my time as valuable as the doctor considered hers I have recommended to my company they look for anothe

Medication was not called in to kdmc family pharmacy I had to call occ med that day about exposure even after my first report of injury was done by me and my supervisor

I thought the provider was professional, thorough, and personal.
