Amy Fannin and the medical assistant were very caring, nice, compassionate during my visit. They both took the time to listen. Amy was very easy to understand and very concerned about my health situation. Amy also followed up with my lab results as soon as they were posted on my chart. I got a message from her. And I really appreciate the staff in the gastro office.

This office seems to be a launching pad for nurse practitioners. I've seen like four or five different people. I would like to have one consistent person that I can build rapport with and build trust Amie is super nice and she was very helpful and I appreciated her.

This was my first time seeing Amie and I left there this time knowing more about my condition and what's going on than I did with the other times I was there. Was going to tell them this was probably going to be my last time coming but she made it better. I understand what's going on better and my options if it gets worse. I used to train salesmen door to door and I teach them how to hit the ground running. And I also worked in surgery at SOMC in Portsmouth. You hit the ground running. And King's Daughters is probably the best hospital I could ever recommend anybody to go to. You did a great job. You guys need a trophy. Thank you.

Super easy to talk to. Friendly and professional. Explained things in a way that anyone could understand. Treated me as a person instead of a customer.

Dr. Fannin was very, very compassionate, explained every little detail, answered every one of my little questions that I had, put me right at ease. Even though I'm facing surgery, I'm not scared anymore because of her. She was very kind, very caring, very compassionate. I would highly recommend her to anybody in my family or friends or stranger.
