Patient Representatives

Have a KDMC complaint? At King’s Daughters Health System we have a team of patient representatives that listen to understand patients, collaborate, and improve the overall experience for our patients. We believe that no one entity owns the patient experience but that we, in healthcare, must all take ownership of it. The duties of our patient representatives include but are not limited to:

  • Addressing complaints and concerns in all departments and areas
  • Partnering with departments across the Health System
  • Participating in safety through environmental scans
  • Providing resources to all patients (ex: food, clothing, hygiene)
  • Facilitating better communication
