Welcome new VP of clinical services, quality

UK King’s Daughters is pleased to welcome Brandi Fields, RN, DNP, as its new vice president of clinical services and quality improvement. Fields joins King’s Daughters from Bon Secours Mercy Health System, Cincinnati, where she most recently served as chief nursing officer for the Cincinnati market.

Fields received her doctorate of nursing practice in executive leadership and her master of science in nursing from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, and her associate of applied science in nursing from Kishwaukee College in Malta, Illinois. She is a certified nurse executive advanced (NEA-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Fields first joined King’s Daughters in 2000, serving in various roles, including nursing operations director and leadership of the inpatient nursing units and emergency/urgent care services. In 2015, she became vice president of patient services and chief nursing executive at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital, a role she held until 2020.

In her new position at King’s Daughters, Fields will lead organization-wide quality improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with King’s Daughters’ mission, vision, values, and regulatory standards.

Fields and her husband, Kevin, reside in Louisa.
