Greenup County the site of two new UK King’s Daughters projects

We are excited to share about our upcoming investments in Greenup County. We are currently evaluating land for the development of a new Greenup County medical office building. It is estimated to be a $7 million project. Once we have our location, we will share that news and update the capital investments as the project comes together.

We also are making a $3.5 million investment in one of our existing facilities on Ashland Drive. The Bellefonte Centre will be undergoing renovations for expansion into additional outpatient clinical office space. We also will be renaming the building the UK King's Daughters Health Park.

Both projects are in our FY 2026 Capital Budget (July 2025-June 2026) with the aim to improve access to high quality healthcare for the people in Greenup County and the surrounding communities.
