Revised ICU visitation guidelines, Jan. 14, 2022

Beginning Friday, January 14, 2022, our ICU visitation guidelines have changed.

Quiet times:

• 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.
• 3 to 5 p.m.
• 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

These changes will allow the ICU team time to fully assess patients while also giving families time to decompress, eat, get some exercise, and update other family members.

During these times, we ask that all families leave the critical care area completely. In special circumstances, exceptions (visitation for end-of-life or goal clarification conversations) will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no gathering in the Family Corridor or waiting rooms is allowed. We suggest families and friends use this time have time away from the bedside to decompress.

Overnight Visitation
One (1) visitor may stay in room with the patient overnight. All other visitors need to leave the Critical Care area by 11 p.m.
