Stop for Life can help you break the addiction to tobacco. Smoking cessation classes begin 5 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8 and continue through April 2. Classes continue each Monday for 12 weeks at King's Daughters Health Education Center, lower level of Lexington Avenue parking garage.
Stop for Life has helped people throughout our region break their addiction to tobacco products. This support group is free and meets for one hour each week. Additionally, each participant has a lifetime membership for times they need additional support or remain tobacco free.
The cornerstones of this highly successful program are:
- Assistance in obtaining nicotine replacement products for King's Daughters team members
- Behavior modification
- Group support
