King's Daughters offers prenatal classes for expectant parents

Let us help you prepare for baby! Prenatal education classes are a great way to prepare for the arrival of your little one. The 45-minute classes are offered 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays. No appointment is needed. Questions and discussions are always welcome.

Expectant parents will receive giveaway items and be entered into drawings for car seats, diapers and breastfeeding necessities.

Classes include education concerning:

• Signs of labor
• Normal progress of labor and birth
• Techniques for coping with pain
• How your partner can help you during labor
• Comfort techniques and pain relief options during labor
