Community invited to free Fitness Fair

King’s Daughters will host a free Fitness Fair from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. this Thursday in its Health Education Center (lower level of the Lexington Avenue Parking Garage).

The fair provides a great opportunity for attendees to learn about the health and wellness businesses available in our region.
