Wheelersburg Family Care Center welcomes nurse practitioner

King’s Daughters Family Care Center — Wheelersburg welcomes family nurse practitioner Brianne Willis to its team of providers, joining family physician Jerod Walker, D.O., and nurse practitioners Jennifer Glockner and Hayley Bowden.

Willis earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. She is a board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

A nurse practitioner serves as a primary and specialty healthcare provider. Family nurse practitioners work with patients throughout their lives, diagnosing illness, conducting exams and prescribing medication.

The center is located at 8750 Ohio River Road. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday.

Services include:

• Primary care for the entire family, from newborns to mature adults
• Management of acute and chronic conditions
• Well-child and well-woman check ups
• Immunizations
• Same day/next day appointments available for established patients with urgent conditions
