Mobile mammography appointments available at Aug. 20 health fair

King's Daughters and Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital are providing free health screenings at a Health and Wellness Fair 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20 at Unity Baptist Church, 2320 29th St., Ashland.

Cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, bone density screenings will be available. King's Daughters is providing mammograms. Appointments are required by calling 1-888-377-KDMC. Insurance will be billed.

Learn about healthy eating and nutrition, exercise, lung health, diabetes and more! Free lunch is provided by Café Zeal. Giveaways provided by local businesses will include gym memberships, gift cards and more!

Also, learn about Unity Baptist's upcoming eight-week Health and Wellness Bible study and 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, Oct. 22.
