ASHLAND CAMPUS
City National Bank: Located on the first floor of Medical Plaza A, branch hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please call the bank at (606) 467-6100 for additional information or schedule changes.
This is a full-service branch. There also is an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) located near the Parkview Café. A live bank team member can help do anything that you can do at a bank location.
PORTSMOUTH CAMPUS
ATM: An ATM is located in the main lobby of the Hospital Entrance.

PARKVIEW CAFÉ
The Parkview Café offers a wide variety of food, snacks and beverages and is located on the first floor, in the Parkview Patient Tower 1 lobby. On weekends, the cafe serves breakfast and lunch.
SWEET CAROLINE’S
Sweet Caroline's is located on the first floor of Medical Plaza A and offers a variety of baked goods, sandwiches, soup, soft drinks and snacks. Special order cakes are available. To learn more, call (606) 408-7467.

WENDY'S
Wendy’s is located on the first floor of Medical Plaza A and offers the full Wendy’s menu. Hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays, and 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekends. Ordering also is available through a mobile app.
POUR HOUSE COFFEE
Located in the Main Entrance Lobby, 613 23rd Street. Offers a variety of coffees, beverages and pastries. Open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday & Sunday. To learn more, call (606) 393-5204.

Family Pharmacy - New Location effective June 2, 2025
King's Daughters Family Pharmacy, located in the Main Entrance Lobby, 613 23rd St., Suite 110, offers convenient, friendly and quick service and is open to the general public. Patients being discharged from the hospital may have their prescriptions filled by the Family Pharmacy and delivered to their room before going home!
The beautiful new facility offers an expanded waiting area, private space for vaccinations, convenient parking in the Main Entrance surface lot and the 24th Street Parking Garage, and valet service.
Hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5:30 pm. weekends. Holiday hours may vary. Family Pharmacy customers enjoy the convenience of fast service, online refill orders through the RefillPro app and King's Daughters MyChart, home delivery, and our Meds to Beds program for those being discharged from the hospital.
The Family Pharmacy accepts most insurances and fills prescriptions from all licensed providers.

Pastoral Care & Chapel
Pastoral Care is available to patients and families. You will see our chaplains, associate chaplain volunteers, as well as local clergy throughout the health system. King's Daughters Medical Center Ashland chapel is located on the first floor of the Medical Center, off the Lexington Avenue entrance. The Pastoral Care office is located in Suite 225 of the Medical Arts Building, 2301 Lexington Ave., directly across from the Emergency Department.
Gift Shop
King's Daughters Auxiliary Gift Shop at KDMC offers visitors the opportunity to brighten a patient's day with fresh flowers and a card, a Yankee Candle or choose from a wide variety of gift items, including collectibles, hand-painted furniture, unique clothing and more.
The shop is staffed by volunteers. Gift Shop proceeds are used to support services for patients and the community, including transportation, car seats, and more. Visa, MasterCard, debit, and cash are accepted. Contact the Gift Shop by dialing (606) 408-0973. The Gift Shop is located on the first floor of the Medical Center.

Parking and Transportation
VALET PARKING
We offer free valet parking in the Main Entrance and the Parkview Patient Tower entrance, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
FREE 24/7 SHUTTLE SERVICE
We also offer free 24/7 shuttle service on our Ashland campus. Our shuttles move continuously throughout all parking lots on the Ashland campus, offering rides to patients, visitors and team members. Shuttles can be easily identified with their distinctive green lights on top.

ASHLAND CAMPUS PARKING GARAGES
The 24th Street Parking Garage, a five-story facility located across from our Medical Plazas and the Outpatient Surgery Center, is connected via a second-floor skywalk to Medical Plaza B. Parking is free.
A limited number of handicap-accessible parking spaces are available on the first floor of our Lexington Avenue Parking Garage, across from the Lexington Avenue Entrance.
